Manage all aspects of maintenance involving farm vehicles and equipment. Develop plans for regular and preventive maintenance for the entire fleet of farm vehicles and equipment. Involves tractors, commercial and farm vehicles, bus, water pumps, refrigeration units, and more. Requires an individual with hands on maintenance experience involving farm equipment and vehicles...requires experience involving diesel mechanics, small engine repairs, refrigeration with welding, steel and construction experience. Requires an individual who can lead others and to implement an overall maintenance plan for the farm operation. Location South Central New York in Chenango Valley. Excellent compensation.
